For a smooth move in day

Once you’ve accepted your contract and paid your advance rent, you’re almost ready to join us on campus! Your next steps are to:

1. Complete the mandatory online induction in the accommodation portal

2. Book your arrival slot and generate your arrival pass in the same portal

3. Complete the mandatory Student Welcome emailed to you

📅 Arrivals window: Saturday 5 September 2026- Saturday 19 September 2026

Please note:

• We cannot accept early arrivals before your contract start date (5 September 2026).
• Out-of-hours arrivals are not possible. If you can’t make your booked slot, you’ll need to arrange short-term accommodation overnight and arrive the next day.

On arrival:

• Go to the Main University Reception (next to the James Watt statue)
• Bring any form of ID (e.g. passport).
• Have a copy of your arrival pass with QR code from the accommodation portal ready (printed or electronic on your phone)
